    Download & add the extension from Chrome Web Store

    • Ensure you are using latest Chrome version (Min required version: 116)
    • Click here to download the extension

    • Once the extension is added, pin it from the extensions list for easy access

    • Watchlist Pro will only open on Kite's webpage

    Enable Watchlist Pro for Kite

    All set to use 🎉

    • You will see an empty Default watchlist

      Click on icon to search and add stocks to your list

    • Click on a stock from the watchlist to view the chart on left side

    • Click on "Default" dropdown menu to create new watchlists or switch between them.

    Import stocks

    • You can import upto 1000 stocks into one watch list.
    • Select the watchlist you want to import into and click the (Import symbols) icon

    • Paste the stocks in EXCHANGE:SYMBOL format separated by new line. Eg. "NSE:TCS"

When installing the extension, Chrome shows a popup saying
"This extension is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing".
Is it safe to install the extension?

Yes, it is totally safe to install the extension. This popup is shown to some Chrome users who have Enhanced protection enabled in their Chrome settings.

Since this extension is published from a newly created developer account, it takes few months to become trusted on Chrome Web Store.

Does Watchlist Pro have access to my demat account?

Watchlist Pro is 100% safe & secure. It only stores the watchlists you have created in Chrome browser. The data never leaves the browser. It doesn't have access to your Demat account.

I'm using ChartIQ charts on Kite. Can I use Watchlist pro?

Watchlist Pro only works with TradingView 2.0 charts on Kite. If you are using ChartIQ for charts on Kite, switch to TradingView 2.0 charts. Follow this guide to change the charts.

Can I add F&O symbols to Watchlist Pro?

As of now, you can only add cash segment's listed stocks (NSE & BSE).

Can I sync my existing Kite Marketwatch lists?

Sadly no. As you know, Watchlist Pro doesn't have access to your Kite account so there is no way to sync the watchlist.

I am not able to search and add newly listed stocks. How can I fix it?

Watchlist Pro comes with all NSE & BSE listed stock as on 16 Sept 2024. In order to get newly listed stocks, click on the settings icon on top and click Update symbols.

How can I access my watchlists on another Chrome browser?

Since Watchlist Pro doesn't sync data across Google account, you will have to first backup the watchlists and restore the backup file on another Chrome browser. Click on settings icon to Backup & Restore watchlists.

Can I bulk import stocks into watchlist?

Yes, you can import upto 1000 stocks in your watchlist. Just click the import symbols icon and paste the stocks you want to import in expected format.

Do you have some pre-made watchlists that I can import?

Yes, go to watchlists section above and find the one you want to add.
